Our remodeler measured and played around with ideas for the space like a creative genius until he realized that if he moved some walls around, the family could gain not just one but TWO upgraded bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and a niche for the washer and dryer.

And let’s not forget about storage, built-in TV cabinets, a coat closet, and hallway closets. This guy knew how to create space like a magician. And because the rooms are visible from every corner of the house, our designer here suggested uniquely painting the entire “box” to make it stand out as the focal wall. And to keep it looking sharp, he decided not to add any hardware to the cabinets.

Now let’s talk about that master bathroom. Our remodeler wanted to create a classic yet bold design, so he went with black and white tiles with a fun pattern and a gorgeous deep blue vanity that pairs with brass plumbing fixtures elegantly. It’s like an extra fancy touch to the house.
