A Rolling Pantry project idea
Well, guys, I was just reading about this project where you built a rolling pantry to fill that pesky gap between your fridge and the wall. I mean, what else will you do with that space, right? But let me tell you, the instructions for this thing are more complicated than learning to fly a plane.
First of all, you gotta measure the space and cut your boards accordingly. And let me tell you, measuring is not my strong suit.
I mean, I’ve been trying to figure out the perfect measurement for my waistline for years, and it’s still a work in progress.
Then you gotta assemble the frame, and if you’re like me, that’s when the real fun begins.
I mean, I’ve never been great at assembling things.
The last time I tried to assemble a bookshelf, I had a table.
But if you can get past all that, you still gotta sand the whole thing. And let me tell you, sanding is not a job for the faint of heart. I mean, if you’re not careful, you could end up with more splinters than a porcupine.
And if all that wasn’t enough, you still gotta decide if you want to paint it or not.
I mean, I don’t know about you, but I’ve never been great with colors.
The last time I tried to paint a room, I ended up with a masterpiece that looked like a Jackson Pollock painting.
But hey, if you can get through all that, you’ll end up with a rolling pantry that’s sure to impress.
Just make sure you don’t accidentally roll it into the fridge, or you’ll have a real mess on your hands. So, good luck with that, folks. And remember, if all else fails, just order takeout.
