A Murphy Bed and Desk Combo Project with IKEA End Table
We know that a Murphy bed is very profitable for a small room. It will be even more convenient if it has a foldable desk as your workstation.
You can attach the IKEA End Table top on the bottom side of the Murphy bed tray using molly bolts. Then replace the end table’s original legs with iron supports that have been customized kinematically so that the table remains parallel to the ground.
Add turnbuckles to support the workbench while in use. Also, install a gas damper so the desk can go down smoothly without causing the items to fall. On the other hand, use the original legs of the IKEA end table as the legs for your Murphy bed.
