This open, light-filled kitchen is right in the center of a very busy household. The original cabinets were dated and offered little in the way of functional storage. We swapped them out for custom frameless cabinets giving the homeowners more versatile and useful storage as well as the clean lines and transitional feel that was lacking in the old kitchen. An island on casters with a flip-up butcher block top can be moved around to fit homeowners needs.
