'Have I officially lost it?' Kristine humorously asked her almost 20,000 followers.
She added, 'In short, yes. But also, I made a little side table using ... Bread bins.'
In order to create the beautiful side table, Kristine first purchased two bamboo bread bins from Kmart and melded them together using super glue and nails from Bunnings.
She then fashioned timber legs with offcuts and stained them using Feast Watson Prooftint in Oak ($10.50).

Kristine attached the legs to the bread bin base with screws and painted the whole piece of furniture with Porter's Paints Eggshell Finish in Wet Cement ($135).
The paint is fast-drying, contains little to no odour, and is washable - meaning most marks can be easily wiped off.
'Have I gone too far?' Kristine asked in the caption.
She added, 'Actually, don't answer that. Just behold my latest bizarre piece of furniture that was crafted by things that were absolutely NOT meant to be furniture.'

'I cannot look at my bread bin the same,' said another. 'I will always be thinking it could be so much more.'
'This is so clever and creative,' added a third. 'I'm definitely not handy enough to accomplish this but looks like my husband has a new weekend project.'
