If you really (really) wanted a covetable Spanish Revival home in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood, you might have to make some sacrifices to afford one. But if those concessions involved owning a house that had more in common with a landfill than a cozy abode, would you sign on the dotted line?

That's exactly what Hunter Kenihan, of house-flipping real estate firm Kenihan Development, found when he walked into this place. A victim of severe neglect and a hoarder homeowner, the space had fallen into a tragic state of disrepair — it was completely covered in garbage, and the structure was so unsound that a bathtub had fallen through the deteriorated floor into the basement.

But thanks to a restoration miracle (or, you know, a really good contractor), this home is now stunning and serene — and totally cleaned up. We know what you're thinking: pictures, or it didn't happen. Luckily, since the home is now back on the market, the real estate listing offers tons of stunning visual proof.

The rotted ceilings were restored to their original arched perfection, and look especially airy coated in a crisp white paint. Black and aqua trim highlights the windows' elegant curves, and streamlined mid-century decor puts the home's messy past out of your mind (we're especially smitten with the deep teal kitchen cabinets).

The flippers purchased the house for just $200,000, but now they're asking $929,000 — yowza! Take a look around:
