The Frame Sideboard – a perfect minimalist storage unit for my vinyl records

For years we’ve had a record player and collection of vinyl but I’ve never really liked the ‘media’ storage units available. I’ve finally worked it out and set up the perfect solution to suit both Stephen’s music needs with my minimalistic styling. I happily welcome the Frame sideboard from By Lassen. Each Frame sideboard unit is a freestanding box sat on top of the Steel frame base. Our records fit inside with space to flick through the collection, a great minimalist storage solution. Having freestanding modular boxes gives the option to add more in the future. Which we may just do.

This design started with a sketch by Mogens Lassen in 1943, kept in his studio and not finalised on until 2013 by the By Lassen team. They made sure that they did not compromise on anything, keeping the design or quality very high. A timeless piece that was brought to life and I’m so happy that By Lassen chose to develop these original designs.

Now the dream is to get better speakers and link up my podcasts to them too.  As much as I do love chilling out to my records such as the Twin Peaks sound track, I sometimes want to put on a podcast. SO any recommendations for music to add to my vinyl collection? and any podcast recommendations too.
